Delete your account
You can delete your account from inside FamilyCue under Settings → Account → Delete account. This page is for people who no longer have the app installed.
What gets deleted
- Your account and phone number.
- Your family member records.
- All events, checklists and reminders in your household.
What happens to shared data
If another adult is still in your household, the household and its events remain with them and only your access is removed. If you are the last adult, everything is deleted.
Timeline
Requests are processed within 30 days. We'll send a confirmation to the email you provide when the deletion is complete.
